Alex Fraser Bridge Pier S15 and N15 Joint Replacement

The Alex Fraser Bridge project scope of work entailed the removal and replacement of a four-seal modular expansion joints at two pier locations across the entire deck roadway. This included the demolition of existing joints, installation, and removal of temporary asphalt ramps over the joint locations, and installation of the new modular expansion joints. This project also included the management of high-volume traffic during construction with the implementation of partial road closures during night-shift work. Graham successfully completed this project on budget and ahead of schedule.
