WSU Martin Stadium

The project involved two GC/CM contracts, each with distinct objectives and areas of focus. The first contract encompassed phases 1 and 2, which aimed to expand the North, South, and East concourses of the venue. This expansion not only provided additional fan amenities such as improved access to concessions and restrooms but also enhanced the overall game day experience. The goal was to create a more comfortable and enjoyable environment for spectators.

The second contract involved the design and construction of a premium seat facility, which included private suites, loge box seating, and outdoor club seating. This facility spanned across seven levels, occupying 75,000 square feet of developed space. The primary structure of the premium seat facility was located above and behind the existing stands, maximizing the available space while maintaining the integrity of the venue.
