Building Prince Albert’s New Recreation Centre

Graham has recently been awarded the construction of the new Aquatic and Arenas Recreation Centre by the City of Prince Albert, SK. Graham is partnering with AECOM and architects Group2 and MJMA to deliver this impressive, family-oriented recreation space for local residents.

The CDN$105 million project includes the construction of a 150,000 sq. ft. facility that will house two NHL sized rinks (200 ft x 85 ft), seating for 366 in one rink and 608 in the other rink, player dressing rooms totaling 6,720 sq. ft. and referee dressing rooms totaling 800 sq. ft. on the arena side. The aquatics side will include an eight lane 25-metre competitive pool, 200 spectator seats, combined leisure and wave pool, lazy river, two water slides and a whirlpool.

Construction will begin in early July 2022.
