Manitoba Real Estate Association (MREA) Office Addition and Renovation

Graham was selected as Construction Manager by the Manitoba Real Estate Association (MREA), to deliver their office addition and renovation project that involved a building addition of approximately 2,800 square feet at the south end of the building. The work was comprised of an approximately 2,500 square foot addition along with approximately 1,500 square feet of interior renovations to update the existing spaces. Major aspects of the work included high-end commercial-grade flooring (a combination of carpet tile, resilient tile, and porcelain tile), finish millwork throughout, an expansive array of custom lighting along with an abundance of interior and exterior glazing. After the Construction Management contract was awarded to Graham, it was rolled into a Stipulated Price contract. The completed facility highlights the fine work and level of quality that Graham prides itself on and strives to achieve on every project.
