Brandt Tenant Building

This project involved the construction of a pre-engineered building consisting of glass, concrete, and steel, including shipping and receiving docks. The main entrance of the building is constructed from custom curved steel members clad in curtain wall. Graham also oversaw the construction of a new service road leading to the site, and implementation of water drainage requirements: Graham and its trade contractors provided assistance with the design-build of a 120,000 gallon retention pond capable of providing fire protection to the plastics manufacturing company leasing the building. Also included in this project, was the development—paving and landscaping—of the 5-acre site.
