Zephyr on the Park

Zephyr on the Park was commissioned to satisfy the growing housing demand in Redmond, WA. This eight-story, 243,000 sqft. building includes 193 high-end apartment units, 191 parking stalls, and 3,878 sf of street level retail space. Zephyr on the Park is one of the tallest buildings in Redmond.

A skybridge from the 8th floor plaza deck connects the west residential wing to the clubroom and outdoor courtyard. The project also includes the extension of an existing public road, outdoor cooking and gathering space, bicycle storage, fitness center, and electric vehicle charging stations. The building has three live/work units and two retail spaces on the street level for future business lease.

The project received the prestigious award for Multi-Family Residential Urban Development of the Year at NAIOP’s 2021 Night of the Stars.
