Eastern Washington University Albers Court

The Albers Court space was repurposed to create athletic training and therapy spaces. The new space provides for both hot water therapy and cold water therapy baths. Scope included selective demolition, concrete slabs, light gauge metal framing, insulation, drywall, interior doors, exterior glazed wall systems, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression and electrical work.

This was tenant improvement was in a 70-year old building that did not have accurate as-builts. Our project team encountered numerous challenges that required innovative thinking and flexibility.
