LabCorp Genetics Research Laboratory

Graham executed the construction of a state-of-the-art genetics research laboratory spanning 28,000 sqft. for an international research company in Redmond, Washington. The facility was meticulously designed to accommodate various laboratory research stations, cryo freezer areas, offices, and conference rooms.

The project involved extensive building modifications, including structural upgrades to support a new 12.5-ton air handling unit. Additionally, significant improvements were made to the mechanical systems, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. Primary power upgrades were also implemented to meet the demanding requirements of the laboratory.

The project required exceptional coordination between Graham, the architect, and subcontractors to meet the aggressive completion date. The team worked diligently to ensure seamless collaboration and timely execution throughout the project.
