Luther College High School Renovation

The addition to Luther College High School included a new stage, gymnasium, training room, student commons, and fine arts classrooms. The renovations included the change rooms, washrooms, boiler room, paved and gravel parking areas, classroom ventilation upgrade, the installation of a fire suppression system, and fire code upgrades to the existing facility.

The work was separated into two phases with Phase 1 being the relocation of existing electrical service, demolition of the existing stage and construction of a new stage. Phase 2 of the project included the construction of the addition, renovation of the change rooms, washrooms, boiler room, classroom ventilation upgrade, installation of a fire suppression system and fire code upgrades to the existing facility and site work. All work proceeded while the school remained operational
