This GC/CM project is a 50-bed replacement hospital on a site located two miles from the existing campus. The 148,000 sf new hospital facility will include:
- 50-Bed Inpatient Medical/Surgical/Critical Care Services
- Labor and Delivery Services
- Emergency Department – 14 Exam/Treatment Rooms including Trauma Bay and Behavioral Health Exam/Treatment Rooms
- Surgical Services – six operating rooms for inpatient and outpatient services, two gastrointestinal/procedure suites and 16 pre/post recovery Positions, as well as central sterile processing
- Diagnostic Imaging: MRI, computed tomography, radiology/fluoroscopy, ultrasound, mammogram and bone density scan rooms
- Ancillary Services: Lab, pharmacy, physical therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, dietary, and administrative office
