This project consisted of renovations to a 1-year-old warehouse, as well as the subsequent fit out of the facility into a distribution centre. The scope included demolition, the construction of new offices, the installation of 10 new dock doors and equipment, new mechanical and electrical with upgraded lighting, heating and ventilation, the addition of a remote washroom, and the construction of an exterior 40,000-square-foot canopy. This warehouse is capable of processing 20,000 packages per day.

Despite an increase to the original project scope, Graham was able to deliver the project to the client on the same handover date as initially set.
