220 Wall Street

This building is located in the heart of downtown Saskatoon at the corner of 24th Street and Wall Street. The facility is comprised of an underground parkade, 3 levels of office space totaling 4,645 sq. m. (50,000 sq.ft) and a mechanical penthouse on the fourth level.

The structure itself is composed mainly of cast-in-place concrete with structural steel above 3rd floor. The exterior envelope is constructed mainly of brick with some curtain wall glazing as well as custom sunshades that add a unique look to the building.

The building design is eco-friendly and incorporates numerous energy saving technologies and sustainability features. This project officially received LEED Gold Certification.
