1783 West 14th Avenue (Viridian)

Located in the exclusive South Granville Neighbourhood at West 14 and Burrard Street, this new 12-storey, boutique residential development is comprised of 118 exclusively finished rental suites that include high-end amenities. The LEED Gold building consists of cast in place sound-tempering concrete clad with window wall and includes four levels of below grade parking.

Graham provided 6 months of preconstruction services including constructability and phasing recommendations before starting construction in April 2018.

BentallGreenOak currently owns and operates an adjacent rental building on the East side of the property that remained leased throughout construction. Extensive landscape upgrades for both rental buildings were also performed as part of this project.
