1568 Alberni Residential Tower

Graham’s first residential high-rise project in Downtown Vancouver is a 43-storey, 492,000 sq. ft. luxury tower comprising 181 units, eight levels of underground parking, CRU space and amenities that include a gym, pool, sauna, play area, public art, wine cellar, restaurant and more. The suites will range in size between 843 and 2,478 sq. ft.
This aesthetically appealing high-end, LEED Gold tower was designed by Kengo Kuma Architects of Japan and features two concave sides, resulting in a unique, curved form.
Graham topped off the tower structure in November 2021 and once the building envelope is complete, interior fit outs will begin. Substantial completion is scheduled for January 2023.
