The design consists of twin 34-story apartment towers with 486 residential units. Both towers sit on top of a three-story concrete podium containing 5,200 sf of additional apartments, 8,000 sf of ground floor retail, restaurant, and lobby areas. There are six levels of below-grade parking with 323 parking stalls and 124 bicycle parking spaces.
The towers’ most striking features is the 31st-floor skybridge connection and the way the towers lean away from each other. There is 30 feet of separation at the podium level and 40 feet at the top. The 32nd floor has a solarium, pool, deck, barbecue station, lounge and other amenities.
